These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers and sellers (“Users”). eplworld operates independently and is not affiliated with event organisers, promoters, clubs, teams, venues, or official ticket providers.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the website. Updated Terms apply immediately to new users and become effective for existing users 30 days after publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms or future amendments, you must stop using the platform.
To use the platform, users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Registration is free of charge, excluding any internet or telecommunications costs.
Only individuals aged 8 years or older with full legal capacity, as well as legally registered entities, may create accounts. Access to the platform is granted solely at the discretion of eplworld.
Users must not provide misleading information, impersonate another person, use unauthorised names, or infringe upon third-party rights during registration. Any false or inaccurate information may result in temporary or permanent suspension or termination of access to the platform.
Each registered account is protected by a unique password, whether access is created via email registration or social media login. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
Passwords should never be shared with third parties, and users are encouraged to update passwords regularly. If unauthorised access is suspected, users must immediately change their password and notify eplworld.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to another person without prior written approval from eplworld.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all ticket details, seating information, and seller notes before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the listed tickets.
Payments are processed through eplworld or its affiliated entities and transferred according to our seller payment arrangements. All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged after confirmation.
eplworld reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund where necessary. We are not liable for related expenses or losses resulting from such cancellations.
Ticket delivery methods may include electronic tickets, mobile transfers, physical tickets, membership cards, or venue collection.
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. eplworld is not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information or courier-related issues.
Event dates, times, venues, and line-ups may change without prior notice. Buyers are responsible for independently checking event updates.
Tickets for rescheduled events remain valid for the revised date, and refunds are generally not available for postponed events.
All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted except where expressly outlined in these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform or these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
eplworld operates as a private secondary ticket marketplace and is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, official box offices, venues, artists, teams, organisers, or promoters.
